dir <sequence_base_name>*.tga /b | sort > <ifl_name>.ifl

<sequence_base_name> is the base name of the sequence, without the trailing frame number.
<ifl_name> is the name of the .ifl file you want to create to load into frameD.

The .ifl needs to be in the same directory as the file names within the file are relative. Depending on the pipeline, this can also be automated.
